I understand that as an Independent Travel Advisor, I would operate under JWJ Travel Club as an independent contractor — not an employee of JWJ Legacy Group, LLC.

I understand there is a $49.99 one-time Agent Onboarding Fee.

I understand there is a $99 Annual Admin Fee, which may be waived the year I reach $25,000 in qualifying sales.

I understand that after I submit this application, JWJ will follow up with the Independent Travel Advisor Agreement and Exhibit A for my review and signature, along with onboarding next steps, before I begin booking travel.
